Sirloin Steak

Marinate sirloin steak in Southwest Marinade for 12-24 hours.  Grill until the desired doneness, slice into thin pieces and use for fajitas with grilled peppers and onions.

Southwest Marinade

3 T. olive oil

1/2 c. soy sauce

1/3 c. apple cider vinegar

1 t. onion salt

1 t. garlic powder

1 t. chili powder

1 t. cumin

3 t. minced garlic

1/4 c. lime juice

Fresh ground pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and add sirloin steak, peppers and onions. Marinate for 12-24 hours and grill until desired doneness.
